A 17+ year resident of Egypt, Patricia Lehman will offer an Esoteric approach to understanding the secrets within the symbolism and mythologies of the ancients as well as holding a space for your personal experience within the ancient temples and structures.
Suzan Moore, our team’s Geologist, will offer a fresh and unique perspective on the origin, labeling, consistency and potentials of the mixture and selection of rocks and materials used to create the many ancient and megalithic structures found in Egypt.

We’ll depart after breakfast to the West Bank to visit the Rameseum and Colossi of Memnon followed by a relaxing lunch at Marsum. Next we’ll visit an Alabaster shop before our exploration of the Temple of Luxor. Steigenberger Nile Palace, Luxor.
DAY 6: Wednesday, March 17 Temple of Seti and Private Visit inside the Osirion
We’ll enter the Osirion first, followed by an exploration of the Seti I temple dedicated to Osiris – before we enjoy a late lunch at the House of Life. Steigenberger Nile Palace, Luxor.

DAY 1: Friday, March 12 Arrival & Dinner
Please arrive at Cairo Airport by 3PM (if possible). We will have a representative inside the airport to greet you and assist you with obtaining your entry visa ($30.00 USD – please bring exact change), through customs, then transfer you to the Le Meridien Airport Cairo hotel.
We will meet in the hotel lobby at 6 PM for a meeting for introductions followed by our Welcome Dinner. Overnight at Le Meridien Airport Cairo, Cairo
DAY 2: Saturday, March 13 – Morning Lectures, Lunch and flight to Luxor
Suzan and Patricia will offer lectures in the morning followed by a buffet lunch together at the hotel before we transfer to the airport for our flight to Luxor. Upon arrival we’ll be transferred to and check into our rooms at the fabulous Steigenberger Nile Palace overlooking the beautiful Nile River.

DAY 3: Sunday, March 14 – Temple of Hathor at Dendera and lecture by Brien Foerster.
After an early breakfast, we’ll drive to Dendera to visit the incredible temple that was dedicated the Hathor, one the most significant sites of ancient Egypt and most elaborately decorated temple of its time.
Please bring your favorite snacks as we will be spending a great deal of time at this -and most of the scheduled sites on this adventure.
Hakim told us that when we walk through the entrance gate of the site, which is the only place in Egypt where you will see the underbelly of the winged Kheper Beetle, it means that we are entering a place that holds all the answers to the Secrets and Mysteries of the Universe! It is why I at great deal of time throughout my 17+ years in Egypt –researching and studying all aspects of it. He was not wrong.
Although it’s been labeled as Ptolemaic temple, early texts refer to a temple at Dendera which was rebuilt during the Old Kingdom and the massive foundations contain many blocks from a much earlier structure. Fragments from earlier periods have been found on the site including one that references the Sixth Dynasty Pharoah, Pepi I. We know that Hathor was celebrated from pre-dynastic times through to the Roman period.
She tells us that she is the Alpha and Omega, all that is, all that was, and all that ever shall be.
We will be led on a journey of discovery within the Temple of Hathor that can change the way you perceive reality itself. Star maps depicted on the ceilings inside the first Hypostyle Hall, and the replica of famous Dendera Zodiac (the original is displayed at the Louvre in Paris) point to the ancient origins of astrology and superior knowledge of the universe and it cycles-and cycles within cycles.
John Anthony West once called this temple “the Womb of Time”. Hathor who personified motherhood, beauty, sexuality, love, joy, harmony, dance and music, was known as the Lady of the Stars who symbolizes the womb and portal between heaven and earth that gives birth to our perception of time and space.
As the ‘Eye of Ra’ she represents the nurturing rays of the Sun required for birth, growth and renewal as well as the fierce rays of the sun that destroy in order to provide a space for new beginnings. The most distinctive parts of the temple are the fourteen crypts, of which eleven were decorated.
These areas were devoted to Lunar aspects of nature and the symbolism within contain many keys to understanding the ancient mysteries of Egypt. Many of these formerly closed crypts were recently opened to the public and you will have the option to explore some of them.
The most famous crypt holds the infamous ‘lightbulb’ imagery that speaks to the birth of the cosmos. These crypts were also used to store cult equipment, archives and magical devices for the temple’s protection, however the most important object kept within them was a mysterious statue of the Ba of Hathor. This hidden and most sacred icon was only brought out to receive the first rays of the Sun to celebrate the activation of the ‘rebirth’ of her son, or Sun as a new cycle of potentiality.

DAY 4: Monday, March 15 – (Optional Hot Air Balloon Ride) Karnak Temple with Private visit with Sekhmet
If you wish to experience sunrise in a Hot Air balloon over Luxor – you will have the opportunity early this morning! Enjoy the surreal experience of floating over the valleys, temples and lush fields on the West Bank of Luxor on a sunrise Hot Air Balloon rise. Catch the rays of the early morning sun as it illuminates your bird’s eye view of the Nile and surrounding area.
After breakfast we will visit Karnak Temple, the world’s largest temple. One can never have enough time to fully explore all the riches of Karnak, where we will spend the entire morning. Karnak Temple features high tech engineering with massive blocks of stone including 300+ ton granite obelisks, 1,000-ton travertine blocks, and advanced stone-cutting techniques that suggest techniques beyond standard dynastic capabilities. The site displays high-precision sawing, core drilling, and intentional, precise alignment, often with hard stone elements.An avenue of ram-headed sphinxes leads us into the gigantic complex, which includes temples dedicated to Amun, a Neter representing an aspect or stage of the Sun, and Khonsu, who represents the Moon.
In the open air museum we will have time to enter the chapel of Amenhotep I, which is completely made by Alabaster and has amazing resonance! We’ll enjoy a powerful Private Visit in the Chapel of Sekhmet where we’ll come face to face with an expertly crafted statue designed to embody the archetypal qualities of the sacred mother. She appears to to be alive and she may even have a message for you. Sekhmet personifies the solar rays that provide the electromagnetic energy required to sustain life and the earth’s grid. As the lioness, she symbolizes the powerful and fierce, yet protective love, akin to that of any mother.
Sekhem means “power” and Sekhmet is the magnetic spark that provides the necessary ‘energy to perform what we have been told are mystical, magical and powerful feats, including the healing of the physical body. She represents the heart-based Life Force of the land and it’s inhabitants.

DAY 5: Tuesday, March 16 – Rameseum & Colossi of Memnon & afternoon visit to Luxor Temple.
We depart after breakfast to the West Bank to visit the Rameseum and Colossi of Memnon and have lunch at Marsum.
We’ll drive back to the West bank to visit the Colossi of Memnon which stand at the front of the very large and now ruined Mortuary Temple of Amenhotep III. The statues, each said to weigh around 720 tons, are made from solid blocks of quartzite sandstone which was quarried at el-Gabal el-Ahmar (near modern-day Cairo) and transported 675 km (420 mi) overland to Luxor).
Afterwards we’ll have lunch at Marsum. A wonderful Farm to Table style restaurant with homemade treasures made with fresh ingredients from the farm by fabulous chefs.
Next, we’re off to the Rameseum, the mortuary temple of Ramses the Great, where we’ll see examples of incredible precision and craftsmanship in what could be far more ancient stone work. Built on top of at least one earlier structure, this magnificent temple houses statues that required the use of high technologies as well as an enormous megalithic seated statue that has fallen into pieces.
Sculpted from one solid piece of Aswan syenite, it would have once towered at 69 ft high, weighing more than 1000 tons. This is the largest remaining colossal statue (except statues crafted in situ) in the world.
Scattered remains of two other finely crafted statues of the seated king made from pink granite and black granite once flanked the entrance to the temple. The pylons and outer walls are decorated with scenes honoring the pharaoh’s military prowess and victories, particularly of the famous battle of Kadesh with the Hittites, as well as his dedication to, and kinship with the Neteru. Next we’ll visit an Alabaster shop before we depart for our visit to Luxor Temple. Luxor Temple was once known as ‘the place of the First Occasion’, where the Neter (god) Amun experienced rebirth during the pharaoh’s annual reenacted coronation ceremony.
Linked to Karnak Temple by an Avenue of Sphinxes marking what was once called ‘path of the god’, Luxor temple was the final destination where famous precessions from Karnak to Luxor temple took place to celebrate the annual Opet Festival.
The temple was once known as ‘Amun in Opet’ -or Amun on the horizon and this was a celebration of the fertility of land, Amun and the king as well as the deification of the king as the son of Amun.
After 15 years of intense study, Alchemist R. A. Schwaller de Lubicz wrote a book titled “The Temple in Man: Sacred Architecture and the Perfect Man,” in which he explored the esoteric depth of ancient Egyptian philosophy, spirituality, mathematics, and science. Schwaller’s theory that the temple was designed to replicate all aspects of the male human body (body, mind and spirit), is well documented and has gained support from many researchers. Evening free. DAY 6: Wednesday, March 17 Temple of Seti I & 2-Hour Private Entry into the very ancient Osirion at Abydos
We will leave directly after breakfast to drive to Abydos for our visit the Seti I Temple, and the very ancient Osirion Temple. We’ll have 2 full hours of Private time to experience in the incredibly ancient, megalithic Osirion located behind the Temple of Seti I, known for its massive granite block construction and sunken, subterranean design. The Osirion is a subterranean, megalithic structure featuring colossal granite and quartzite blocks, some weighing over 100 tons, resembling Old Kingdom, pre-dynastic architecture similar to the Valley Temple. It sits on a “central island” surrounded by a 10-meter-deep water channel.
It is often considered a “portal” or “symbolic tomb” of Osiris. Some ancient stories claim that the “head” of Osiris was buried there. The evidence of the high level of engineering employed, as well as the design and energetic imprint of the site and structure, the depth of the subterranean structure and water signatures– as well as the use and transportation of huge the blocks of granite point to a much earlier time frame (than dynastic times) begs us to ask the question of why and how it exists.
Several illustrations of the Flower of Life can been seen on the huge pillars, possibly crafted by a Pythagorean School located nearby. Local villagers claim that the water that accumulates in this structure has valuable healing properties.
The design of the structure reflects symbolism that speaks to an escape from the darkness of an earthly existence within “dark caverns of perception” and emergence or rebirth into new levels of conscious awareness. During early dynastic times the site was used for ritual precessions, possibly both to and from the Osirion and 2nd Dynasty tomb of Djet – to symbolically celebrate the resurrection and renewal of Osiris. Was this an ancient portal for experiencing transformation?
Afterwards we’ll visit the Seti I Temple dedicated to Osiris, where we’ll experience the masterful craftsmanship of the beautiful depictions as well as the mysteries and implications of the Osiris ‘resurrection’ rituals that are illustrated throughout the temple.

We’ll discuss the surreal story of Dorothy Eady, later known as Om Seti, who had memories of a past life at Abydos from early childhood and came to live in Abydos to work side by side with and enlighten the early excavators about many of the ancient mysteries regarding the temple. DAY 7: Thursday, March 18 – Morning flight to Cairo and visit the New & Spectacular Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)
After an early breakfast we’ll drive to the airport for our flight back to Cairo. After lunch at a local restaurant we’ll visit one of the largest museums in the world, the magnificent GEM, host to over 100,000 artifacts from the ancient Egyptian civilization, including the complete Tutankhamun collection. Many pieces are being displayed for the first time.
The museum has wonderful maps and documentation making it easy to navigate on your own or with our tour guide. There are Coffee and Gift shops to relax in or wonder through as well.
Next we’ll check into our rooms at the fabulous 5-star Crowne Plaza Hotel located within an upscale outdoor mall that is home to boutique coffee and pastry shops, restaurants, a food market and pharmacy in Giza.

DAY 8: Friday, March 19 – Serapeum, Sound Healing Hospital and Private Entry into the northern entrance of the Step Pyramid at Saqqara
After breakfast, we’ll leave at 8 AM for our visit to Saqqara where we will explore several areas. We’ll begin with a visit to the Serapeum, a huge subterranean complex that features 24-25 massive megalithic stone boxes weighing 60-100+ tons, housed in subterranean galleries.
Carved primarily from hard granite, these boxes exhibit high-precision, mirror-polished surfaces, sharp right-angled corners, and, in some cases, crude, later-added hieroglyphics. We’ll discuss all the possible theories as to when they were created and what they might have been used for at different times throughout Egypt’s history.
Next we’ll visit the Sound Healing Hospital at the Heb Sed Court to experience the still active healing frequencies of this ancient site and discuss the many references to the importance of balancing the polarized energies within. What does Imhotep represent – and how can we become architects of energy? The ancients understood that sustained healing requires more than a spontaneous cure for active symptoms.
Sustainable healing is an interactive process wherein the patient must participate.
How did different aspects of the site itself contribute to their interactive process? They knew that healing of the physical body is only one stage in any method for achieving long term results.
Next we’ll enter the Step Pyramid on a Private Entry.
Under the Step Pyramid is a labyrinth of tunneled chambers and galleries that are said to be 3.5 miles long which connect to a central shaft that is about 7 meters square and 28 meters deep.
The entrance to this shaft was built on the north side of the pyramid. The sides of the underground passages are limestone inlaid with blue faience tile to replicate reed matting.These “palace façade” walls are further decorated by panels decorated in low relief that show the king participating in the mysterious Heb-sed festival. We’ll be entering from the North Entrance of the pyramid.
Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a traditional ‘home-cooked’ buffet lunch at the fabulous Blue Lotus Restaurant. Located on a farm near Saqqara, much of the delicious food we’ll be served is grown here or locally. If we’re lucky we’ll see the now very rare blue lotuses blooming in the small pools located here.

DAY 9: Saturday, March 20 The Fayuum Pyramids of Hawara, (site of the famous Labyrinth), El Lahun and Medium on the Spring Equinox
We’ll leave first thing in the morning for our day of exploration at the sites of the lesser-known, enigmatic pyramids of Fayoum oasis—Hawara, El Lahun, and Meidum— said to have been built during the 12th Dynasty and Old Kingdom.
We’ll begin our day with a visit to the pyramid thought to have been built for Amenemhat III (12th Dynasty). We’ll explore the ruins of its vast mortuary temple, often described as the “Labyrinth” by many ancient historians.
In Book II of his Histories, the 5th-century BC Greek historian Herodotus described the Hawara Labyrinth as an “endless wonder,” stating it surpassed the pyramids in scale, expense, and ingenuity. He described a complex of 3,000 rooms (1,500 above ground, 1,500 below) housed within 12 covered courts. We’ll discuss the many theories both ancient and modern as we examine what’s left above ground at this enigmatic site.
Next we’ll drive to the site of what is said to be the 12th Dynasty pyramid of Senusret II (1897–1878 BCE) at El Lahun, characterized by a mudbrick core on a limestone hill at El Lahun. Built differently from “Old Kingdom” pyramids, it features a core of mudbricks (rather than stone) with a casing of limestone, which has mostly been stripped, leaving it looking like a natural hill.
The tomb is famous for its intricate, deceptive underground tunnel system with a southern entrance. The burial chamber features a monolithic red granite box with flawless, high-precision polished surfaces that sit nearly flat – exhibiting advanced ancient stonework techniques.
Explorer Flinders Petrie praised it for having surfaces ground so flat and parallel that the error is within mere thousandths of an inch. The box is open and features perfectly sharp interior right angles and it sits slightly tilted thought to be part of the original, intentional architectural design.
Next, we’ll visit Meidum, an Old Kingdom necropolis featuring a collapsed, tower-like pyramid and surrounding mastaba tombs. Its most remarkable feature is Mastaba 17, a massive mudbrick structure hiding an untouched subterranean chamber with a pristine, uninscribed red granite sarcophagus of immense precision.
Early 20th-century archaeologist Flinders Petrie discovered that the massive mudbrick Mastaba 17 had been sealed since antiquity.
To enter, he had to navigate a tunnel dug by robbers thousands of years earlier. Deep within the chamber, researchers found a monumental, solid red granite sarcophagus, now widely considered the oldest of its kind. The box is “extraordinary” because it is perfectly preserved and crafted with incredible precision, yet it is completely plain—no inscriptions, no carvings, and empty.You will be able to enter the mastaba if you’re up to the challenge of its narrow passageway into the chamber. The pyramid is also open for entry at this beautiful and mysterious site.

DAY 10: Sunday, March 21 Red and Bent Pyramids at Dashur and Memphis
We’ll leave at 8 AM for our visit to the site of Dashur where we’ll enter the Red and Bent Pyramids, said to be attributed to the 4th Dynasty’s King Sneferu.
The Red Pyramid in Dahshur, built by Sneferu, showcases significant megalithic architecture through its massive limestone core blocks, precise casing stones, and three internal chambers utilizing advanced corbelled vaulting.
This corbelled design greatly enhance sound resonance as well. These engineering feats demonstrate the transition to true pyramids, featuring tall cantilevered ceilings reaching 15 meters high, and large-scale stone placement often compared in quality to Giza-class monuments.
Afterwards you’ll have the opportunity to enter the Bent Pyramid, famous for its sudden change in slope—from a steep 54 degrees at the base to a shallower 43 degrees near the top.
It is the best-preserved pyramid in terms of its outer limestone casing, which remains largely intact. It features sophisticated corbelled ceilings and a dual-entrance system (north and west) that is unique among Egyptian pyramids.
Afterwards we’ll visit the “open air Museum” at Memphis, in Mit Rahina. It is a key archaeological site preserving ruins from ancient Egypt’s first capital which holds an 80-ton alabaster sphinx and a massive limestone colossus of Ramses II. It is a small site visited in under an hour, featuring artifacts from the Old Kingdom.

DAY 11: Monday, March 22 – Optional Privtae Visit into the Osiris Shaft at 9 AM, Giza Plateau and Private Visit Inside the Great Pyramid on the Full Moon
We will offer an optional Private Visit into the incredible Osiris Shaft at 9 AM this morning for 2 hours at a cost of $275.00 per person with a minimum of 10 guests. Those choosing to go will leave the hotel at 8 AM sharp.
The Osiris Shaft is a multi-level subterranean marvel carved 30 meters directly into the Giza bedrock. Situated directly beneath the stone causeway connecting the Sphinx to the Pyramid of Khafre. This visit is not for the faint of heart or those with claustrophobia.
It consists of three levels, including an entry chamber, a room with stone boxes, and a flooded subterranean chamber with a large stone box that some believe is a symbolic tomb of Osiris.
There are lots of theories as to its origin and purpose and many speak about its hidden corridors, eerie atmosphere, and possible passageways leading to the Great Pyramid and Sphinx.
Everyone else will have a free morning and depart at 11:00 AM to meet the others to enjoy our Farewell lunch at the 9 Pyramids Lounge located on the Giza Plateau with a spectacular panoramic view of the Pyramids.
Afterwards and explore the area around the Great Pyramid. Though the three large Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure are the most famous and prominent monuments at Giza, the site has probably been in use since pre-dynastic times.
Hakim said that pyramids were once called Per Neteru, or ‘Houses of Nature or Energy’. Brien Foerster
Brien was born in Rochester, Minnesota, U.S.A. but grew up on the west coast of Canada. At age 11, he became fascinated with the Native art of the Haida native people, and began carving totem poles, and other related art forms, learning from Native teachers. After completing an Honors Bachelor Of Science degree, Brien decided to take up carving and sculpture full time, at the age of 25.
In 1995 he moved to Maui, Hawaii, and was hired as assistant project manager for the building of the 62 foot double hull sailing canoe ( ancestor of the modern day catamaran ) Mo’okiha O Pi’ilani ( Sacred Lizard That Pierces The Heavens ) and the restoration of the famous Mo’olele sailing canoe. This project lasted 2 years.
There, having learned how to make Hawaiian outrigger canoe paddles from master carver Keola Sequiera, he started an online outrigger paddle business, which flourished internationally.
Peru became his next major area of interest. The study of the Inca culture led to his writing a book, A Brief History Of The Incas which is available on this site, and is now the assistant director of the Paracas History Museum in Paracas, south of Lima. He is also assisting the municipality of Paracas to improve the number of foreign tourists that visit, as well as is fundamental in expanding tourism in general, especially as regards showing all visitors the 10,000 years of human occupation of this area, through tours of major and minor archaeological sites.
Other projects, which will result in published books, include one about the ancient history of Hawaii, the mysterious stone monuments of Peru that predate the Inca, and the search for the lost continent of Mu. This will require combining all that he has learned so far, with trips to New Zealand (Aotearoa), Hawaii, and Easter island (Rapanui.)

She became of student of the work of the Egyptian indigenous wisdom keeper, Abd’el Hakim Awyan, on her first trip to Egypt in 2005. Patricia has now lived in Egypt for more than 17 years and devotes much of her time to the research of ancient symbolism and mythologies worldwide. Suzan Moore Geologist
Born and raised on the prairies of Saskatchewan Canada, Suzan developed a keen interest in nature, rocks and stars at an early age. That passion later led her to pursue a Geology degree with a minor in Astronomy. Suzan has been working as a Geologist in Canada for over 40 years. She originally worked in both mining and regional mapping of granites and metamorphic rocks in northern Saskatchewan and the North West Territories. She has been working for many years as a Sedimentological Specialist in the Oil and Gas industry in Calgary Alberta, specializing in the Jurassic of North-Western America.
She has always had an interest in Ancient Egypt and, since her first visit, returns regularly. After a trip to Peru in 2013 she developed a passion for understanding megalithic structures and the rocks they are carved from which led her to explore their implications in Egypt as well. She is currently trying to incorporate how weathering, time and source of the rocks affect the construction and preservation of many of the megalithic structures.
Suzan has been exploring these and much more on her travels with Patricia to sites in India, Great Britain, and Cambodia, as well as Peru, Bolivia and Egypt. Suzan offers a unique and fresh perspective on the description, consistency and use of the various types of rocks and materials used in the ancient structures here.

- Role of Horus Rising
Horus Rising LLC acts as the organizer and curator of its tours. Most travel services—including accommodation, transportation, guides, and local logistics—are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Horus Rising is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or performance of these suppliers.
- Reservations and Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $1,400.00 USD per person is required to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due by the specified deadline. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking. Payments may be made to Horus Rising or directly to designated suppliers, and all bank or credit card fees are the responsibility of the traveler.
- Pricing
Tour prices are based on current costs and exchange rates. Horus Rising reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to final payment due to currency fluctuations or supplier cost increases.
- Client Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Due to non-recoverable supplier commitments, the following penalties apply:
60 – 29 days before arrival date: $1,400.00 USD
30 – 19 days before arrival date: 50% cancellation fee
20 – 8 days before arrival date: 75% cancellation fee
7 days before arrival date 100%: cancellation fee*

- Organizer Cancellation or Modification
Horus Rising reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any tour due to safety concerns, government advisories, operational issues, or other events beyond its control.
Refunds due to cancellation of the tour will be limited to recoverable amounts from suppliers, less any non-refundable costs.
No additional compensation or reimbursement of external expenses will be provided.
- Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended for all participants and should include coverage for trip cancellation and interruption, medical emergencies and evacuation, repatriation, travel delays, and loss of personal belongings. Horus Rising is not responsible for losses that could be covered by insurance.
- Flights and Travel Arrangements
Travelers are responsible for arranging their own international flights and related travel. Horus Rising is not liable for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, missed connections, or associated costs. Flexible or refundable airfare is strongly recommended.
- Documentation and Entry Requirements
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements. Horus Rising is not liable for denial of entry or related losses.
- Medical Fitness and Assumption of Risk
By booking, travelers confirm that they voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with international travel, including illness, injury, political instability, transportation disruptions, and environmental conditions.
- Behavior and Right to Remove Participants
Horus Rising reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour without refund if their behavior endangers others, disrupts the group, violates local laws, or interferes with tour operations. Any resulting costs are the traveler’s responsibility.
- Itinerary Changes
Itineraries may be modified due to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances. Specific accommodation, guides, or services are not guaranteed, though reasonable efforts will be made to maintain the overall experience.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horus Rising’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the tour. Horus Rising is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including airfare losses, additional travel expenses, or loss of enjoyment.
- Indemnification
Travelers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Horus Rising LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims or expenses arising from their participation in the tour or their actions.
- Force Majeure
Horus Rising is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, epidemics, or transportation disruptions. Refunds in such cases are limited to recoverable amounts from suppliers.
- Independent Activities
Horus Rising is not responsible for any services or activities arranged independently by travelers that are not part of the official itinerary.
- Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Travelers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first providing written notice and allowing Horus Rising at least 30 days to resolve the matter. Horus Rising reserves the right to recover any associated costs, including legal fees.
- Use of Likeness
Participants grant Horus Rising permission to use photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes unless written notice opting out is provided prior to departure.
- Refund Method
Any refunds will be processed using the original form of payment whenever possible. Horus Rising is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
- Time Limit for Claims
Any claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the tour’s conclusion, after which they are deemed waived.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in its courts.
- Acceptance of Terms
By booking, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
